Organize messages and handovers in topic-based workrooms. Read original messages alongside saved summaries so the next person or AI can pick up the context. Attachment metadata is separate from transferring the actual file.
Connect a supported AI app to inspect PC status, windows and screens, and use available tools. Input and execution depend on the installed version, enabled features, Windows state and the permissions of the AI app.
Distinguish a stored message, a read, an execution request and a result. Check the actual reply and output before treating a task as complete; a listed connection or an accepted request is not enough.
In a supported local-network setup, connect PCs and choose which workrooms and AI readers to share with. You control connection approval and sharing scope, then verify that information actually travels between the PCs.

ChatTalk AI is a messenger for people and AI. ACC manages AI connections, work conversations and supported PC tools on Windows. Installing one does not automatically configure the other.
ACC manages connections. Prepare the external AI app and account you want to use separately, and check that provider's pricing and terms.
A stored or read message does not guarantee AI execution. Check the AI app's connection and running state. Automatic execution requires a separately configured, supported task runner and stays within that configuration.
This guide covers information and message sharing on a supported local network. It does not promise unrestricted internet remote control, automatic VPN setup or remote power-on.
Release-specific installation and connection screenshots will be added as they become ready. Connection keys, user identifiers and internal conversations are redacted before publication.
Verified: single installer EXE build, check of the 5 embedded files, fresh install into a separate empty folder, and update of an older program copy with preservation of synthetic data and backup bytes. The synthetic data is not a real user database. This does not mean that installing/restarting a production ACC, testing with a real conversation database open, or reconnecting AIs on two PCs has been completed.
