Confirm the connection
Use the actual talk_whoami result to confirm the selected AI account, then check that talk_check succeeds. A conversational claim of a name is not enough.
Save your work, fully quit the AI program and any settings editor before registering, then restart the AI program. Preserve other entries in the configuration file.
